A shared record travels as a reference, not as a copy. The message carries an Aimedis ID; the clinician supplies the patient's PIN afterwards, and the server trades it for a short-lived, scoped token at Aimedis Care Pro.
- The PIN is never stored, in the message or anywhere else

Rooms with rules
Practice spaces open immediately for approved clinicians. Community spaces go through review before they exist. Announcement channels decide who may post, and every invite code carries an expiry and a limit on how often it can be used.

Everyone reads in their own language
Turn on auto-translate for a channel and each message is translated as it arrives, then cached so it is only paid for once. The interface itself speaks fourteen languages, two of them right to left.

An assistant inside the conversation
AVA answers in your personal channel, and in a direct or group message when you address it. Elsewhere it only speaks where the space has switched it on. Its reply is posted as a message the whole channel can see, with its sources named.

Licences are reviewed by a person
Applicants upload their licence and specialisation documents to a private store. An administrator opens them through a time-limited link and decides. Approval is what unlocks the professional surfaces.
Review means an administrator has read the documents you uploaded. It is not an automated check against a medical register.
A log that refuses to lose an entry
Audit rows are append-only and chained in the database itself. If an entry cannot be written, the action fails rather than proceeding unrecorded, and administrators can verify the chain from the interface.
